Arriving to center from the airport:
1.The Amsterdam Airport Express bus, which run from and to the airport in just 25 minutes and has couple of stops in the city (full list on the website), in day time it runs every 8 minutes and at night it goes twice per hour between 1 AM and 5 AM in both directions. 2.The most convenient option is by taxi from the airport, which will take about 20 minutes to arrive to the center, depending on the traffic situation. The price is usually between 35-50€ for an average taxi. In order to order transfer in advance, I recommend using one of the following options:

SIM for internet connection:
If your device supports a virtual SIM (E-SIM), in order to save money and time, I highly recommend purchasing a virtual SIM from the company "Airalo", a very popular and excellent company among travelers. A second option is to buy a SIM in the city center from one of the local cellular providers, I personally do not recommend buying in the airport because the prices are very expensive relative to the city.
Important things about the city:
The city is very busy with tourists in all seasons of the year, in some it is busier and in some less.
Due to this fact, it is highly recommended to book all attractions and restaurants in advance, at least two weeks before arrival. In this way, you can fully enjoy the city.
In the city, the most common means of transportation is a bicycle and you have to be careful with them and be careful not to walk on bicycle lanes.
Hotels in Amsterdam, Netherlands:
The city has a wide variety of hotels and apartments, the recommended area to stay in is the Dam Square area, a hotel near Dam Square will put you in the city center and close to all attractions, shops, etc.
